Another Editor's Choice Placement!

I floated around for a bit yesterday. My last FaithWriter's Challenge entry took 2nd Place for Editor's Choice. I was gobsmacked. It was one of those that I was fairly certain wouldn't go anywhere but there were so many comments that hinted it might do well. This is the second entry to do so well- it's got me nervous for the next piece. I need one more EC placement to move up to the master's level which would be awesome. I remember when I signed up at FW just a few years ago, I thought- wow, I hope I get to be in their company someday. I wonder what you have to do to write like that. Well, it's a heck of a lot closer now. But I wouldn't be doing as well if it weren't for the encouragement and mentoring at FW. It's just a neat place to be, and in my opinion, it's really helping a lot of us, who want to write Christian Fiction, do that and do it well.

Happy gloat over.

There won't be a lot to read here over the next week or so. We have family in town and we tend to be a busy bunch when we're all together.

Until next time.... (waves bye).
